Divemaster
Program
This is the very first membership training program which qualifies trainees as PADI Professionals. This foundational program is spread out over 4 weeks of training (with one day off every week) in any of our dive bases:
- Sanur
- Nusa Lembongan
- Permuteran
- Tulamben
Training takes candidates from being divers or dive students to becoming leaders and role models in the dive industry. The two main focus areas that Divemasters worldwide are called upon for are:
- Supervising scuba diving activities for certified divers
- Assisting PADI instructors teaching dive students
Divemaster Program
- Leadership skills: how to supervise divers, manage risks and provide emergency management
- Dive theory and physics, including dive tables and dive computers
- Advanced dive planning & decompression theory
- Dive equipment, selection, and maintenance
- Dive planning, organization and problem management
- Knowledge development teaching and communication techniques
- Professional standards and business principles for dive leaders
- Will prepare you to become an Open Water Stcuba Instructor
- Padi DM application (’23 fee: 245 AUD) to be paid directly to Padi AP
- Accommodation
- Lunch when not on boat for 2 consecutive dives
- Limited availability of personal diving equipment Each candidate should have their own full set as per Padi General Standards
- Visas
- Certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver
- 18 years old
- Logged 40 scuba dives
- Completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care training within 24 months
- Medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician within 12 months

Yes, the Padi Divemaster programs are available all year long in our different dive bases. During the peak season from 1st of June till 30th of September, there are only a limited amount of spots available on the other hand. Please contact us for details during this period.
Yes, the Padi Divemaster materials, composed out of a Digital Crewpak (with multi-lingual eLearning code, ERDPml, Digital Encyclopedia of Recreational Diving) and a Divemaster Slates Crewpak (with or without Padi Pro Bag upon request), are included.
